I would like to thank the team at Osteria da Massimo !! We were taken care of for a student shoot for five days - the food was delicious and the contact was incredibly friendly and reliable! It's a shame that you can't eat in the restaurant at the moment - we will definitely come back as soon as the Covid situation allows it!

Anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine and a more familiar atmosphere is in good hands with Massimo and Ulrike. Super delicious cuisine (whether homemade pasta or pizza), everything fresh and with a lot of creativity and attention to detail. Had a pizza osteria yesterday - a dream. For me it feels like coming home every time ...! EDIT: Of course you can also pick up your food here or have it delivered and let yourself be pampered at home.

What a great osteria !!! Incredibly delicious food, prepared with love, something for every taste! No matter whether "just" pizza or fine dining. Special requests included. Prices reasonable. The boss comes to the guests personally and takes time for everyone. The atmosphere is relaxed. The staff are always in a good mood and courteous. We have never had long waiting times. Short vacation pure! Very easy to reach, parking spaces can be found, and that in Munich ...

A modern and cozy restaurant with great attention to detail. With Massimo, Ulrike and their great team, you immediately feel at home. The dishes are always fresh, always tasty and also something to look at. Whether pizza, pasta (homemade), meat or fish - the food is simply excellent. The two like to take the time to make small and large celebrations possible for their guests. Since the Osteria opened, we have been here regularly and look forward to every other evening that we can spend here!

Very happy with another great Italian restaurant in the district! The menu has something for everyone and is not too big. Pasta is homemade and incredibly good. The pizza selection in particular is something for real pizza fans: Classic pizzas alongside crazy own creations with excellent dough and always top quality

I am not a fan of Italian food but Susanne just took me there. I was blown away. Unbelievable food, a terrific bar including all my single malts and fantastic service. Ulrike spoilt me! Highly recommended

We have been here for a long time for the "true Italian Pizza Week" - and as always, something was great. The pizzas are big and crispy. It wasn't always like this, but now they have changed the dough and let it sit much longer - this is how a crispy pizza is made, really crispy. And it was well occupied too. It looks a bit overloaded in the photo: it's my fault with my extra orders: we liked it wonderfully. We certainly won't wait until the next pizza week to come back, that's for sure "

Service and atmosphere good - pasta and tiramisu only mediocre, then 3-4 euros too expensive. "Conchiglie with ricotta cream cheese, spinach, baby mozarella" was basically Gorgonzola sauce with really hardly recognizable spinach fritters. You can get this taste experience elsewhere for 8 euros in my opinion ...

Not only is it an Italian restaurant that is very close to my home, but also a very good Italian. Whether pasta or pizza, everything is very good, although the outdoor area is almost always in the shade of the building, it is very nicely furnished. The host as well as the conditions are very helpful. The wine recommendation is always very good and reasonably priced ... Highly recommended, a reservation in the evening is recommended ??

Don't judge the food ... that is undoubtedly very good. But ... wanted to pre-order by phone last night for a pickup. I called 4 x .... 4 x was hung up ... The 5th time I said in a friendly manner "That's nice that you want to talk to me now". Then a "gentleman" snapped at me so gruffly and shouted into the phone "what should I do, we have a lot to do" ... and hung up. With all due understanding .. It doesn't work that way ... Then I got my pizzas at Belmondo in Riesstrasse. Super friendly staff despite full hut and pizzas also very good ... On the owner's reply: My phone is perfectly fine ... and I was friendly in the few seconds you allowed me to contact you after 4 calls. Unlike you.

Great place! Best pizza ever !!

They know how to enjoy life :) the waiters are careful and courteous, the food is authentic and really fine. The zest for life is definitely at home here and they have a great selection of wines ? suitable for actually every occasion and they have elegantly adapted to the Corona requirements

Super delicious food & very friendly hospitality in addition to a great atmosphere. I always enjoy going there. Those who like truffles should try the homemade pasta in truffle sauce. But the pizza is also highly recommended.

The pizza was good.

Nice garden, small but extraordinary selection of delicious dishes, mostly friendly staff. But unfortunately catastrophic time management, i.e. long waiting times, starter comes with main course and long waiting times again. Unfortunately it failed after 3 attempts.

Delicious pizza and economic choices for drinks. Also, some of the waiters speak English which was helpful for non-German speakers.

Staffs are super friendly and professional, especially the tall guy, and very nice dessert! Quite cozy environment. Love here!

Really nice antipasto plate. Spaghetti wrapped shrimp! Crispy tender yummy with sweet chilli pepper sauce. Excellent pizza. Go there.

Modern Italian with yet cozy atmosphere. Very good vegetarian antipasti and homemade pasta! Service is very charming, but could be a little more attentive. Gladly again!

We stopped for lunch and had to take half of the pizza back to our hotel room. Good portions and too good not to enjoy as a late night snack later. Prices were very reasonable for what was received. We’d take the tram back anytime. Hope next time I save room for dessert!

Had an early dinner at the Osteria after visiting my in-laws who live nearby. Great friendly service and large, comfortable premises. The food was excellent - amongst we had various pasta dishes (my shrimp pasta in creamy sauce was delicious with just the right amount of cream and flavour) and the grilled vegetable antipasto was a great starter too.

We have been traveling in Europe this summer and had our favorite meal of the trip at this restaurant. In addition to the food being fantastic, the service was welcoming and attentive They were gracious about our terrible attempts at speaking German or Italian, then spoke great English when our attempts failed. It was so relaxing and delicious we found it difficult to leave and wished our hotel was closer. This is a must visit if you are nearby, you will not be disappointed!

If you would like to get real italian pizza, this is the right place. I don't know how they prepare it, but result is perfect. We ordered also fish and that was prepared the way I prefer- soft and jucy! Next time in Munich I will go there again!
